Returning to Amiga

First, it's nice to see so many people from Alabama on this board. Of course, they're all in the northern half of the state.

I've posted in other sections here before, but I don't think I introduced myself. I used the Amiga until 1995, when I sold a 4000 with EMplant board to get one of the new Mac clones. I'm getting my Amiga fix from UAE run on a MacBook under Boot Camp (UAE is a bit slow on OS X). But it looks like I'll be getting a 1200 soon. It'll look really good sitting next to my Newton MP2100.

Is that 2500 from WPMI? I called a few weeks ago to see if they still had it--they had a Video Toaster in it the last time I saw it.

Yeah, I tried it. And the new OpenGL version is a lot more responsive than the previous version. But it's just not the same as the real thing.
