Replacing A3000 PSU
« on: June 20, 2004, 12:05:13 AM »
We're getting Mini-ATX PCs at work at the mo, and their PSUs /look/ small enough to go in an A3000D (they're rated at 300W, inboard fan, and they even look like the original from the outside).

My old one is working fine, but I'd like to make up a replacement just in case - got an ATX wiring diagram, but has anyone got the pinouts for the A3000?

(guess I should go measure one before I get too carried away!)

Thanks Dege - the last link is great (though I'm NEVER cutting up my nice A3K case!).

Acill - Thanks for the offer, but I'm going to go with the ATX - mostly with cards and wot-not I recon I'm now getting up on the limits of the stock one (and will be all over it if I can find a 'serious' accellerator ... for reasonable cash).  Sounds like you got a buyer already ;-)
