I have a 110V to 220V convertor that my other half got when she brought a PC back from Canada in '85 - it weighs the same as a breeze block!  You can get up to date (lighter) ones from those places that grey-import games consoles ;-).

NTSC/Pal doesn't really matter if you use the built in scandoubler, and plug it into a VGA monitor.
