Hi all,
@Lemmink
The delay in shipping has not really been a problem. That was sorted out. It started by them not having a DCE Flicker/Fixer on stock. The only thing they told me that they hoped it would get produced. This story is however already discussed in another thread.
The problem was sorted out and I was glad they found me a DCE FF in the end.
Since the FF has not been broken due to their shipping I can only suggest them to improve their shipping.
THe only problem remains is the keyboard problem and the fact the A1200 was a little damaged. (rubber leg, screw inside, two plastic clips on the back all missing)
But we'll see how this unfolds.
@TjLaZer
They could very well been sold out. But they should have told me.
If sombody want new equipment now is the time to 'harvest'. Items (US A1200's, Flicker Fixers) get out of stock very rapidly.
@magnetic
You are right. To speak in style;
Commodore A1200 are higher quality. Amiga Inc are poor quality. (not military :lol: )
I whish I ran into such a deal earlier. Now I think I'll pass.
And to get back on topic....Amiga's are where they should be. They are being used (or collected) by the people who like to do so. Ofcourse not all amiga's ever produced but hey.....
That would be the same like me asking; where did all those 26 million volkswagen beetles go?
