I flew with an A600 in hand luggage in the UK before with no problems.
It was a long time ago and probably before 11/9, but nobody raised any eyebrows even although I had the power pack in there and all sorts of cables and wires.
I was a bit worried about all the floppies being ruined by the x rays, but they worked fine afterwards too.
That A600 had been rescued from the bin by my brother and still goes strong all these years later.
