I have an Indivision AGA Mk1 - I cut the RF Shield but decided to use a 44pin Disk On Module that plugs straight onto the IDE Header - it doesn't get in the way and is just as good as a CF Card.
I did think about using some plastic stand-offs and plastic screws with nuts to maybe mount the CF Reader to the metal shielf itself, you could space it up just enough to rise above the indivision or if your IDE Cable is long enough, move it out of the way altogether.
