Hum,
just a bump up for Amiga SETI@Home , and a reminder that anyone can join (no aliens though)...

Hmmmmmm - last time I visited that page ther were no SETI clients available for Amiga - neither 68k, nor PPC!

Only way to participate seems to be to run SETI on a (X86-)PC.
But what's the point then joining the Amiga SETI project?
Or did I miss something?

Aside from that:

I wanted to join SETI at Amiga.org.
I was asked to enter my "Email address of your SETI@home account" and "Your SETI@home web site password".

But how can I already have an "SETI@home account" or an "SETI@home web site password", if I'm just about to join?

:-?:-?:-?:-?:-?:-?

IMO it's a stupid idea to require data (only available when you already *ARE* a member) on an "Join" form ...

You join using the client itself. Then you can join the group.

If there still *IS* *NO* Amiga client - how can I use it to join any group?

I mean - I really would like to join, but to buy an x86PC just to run SETI appears to be a little bit too expensive to me...

Ironically, there would be no use to join unless you have an x86-machine. :-(

So you are saying there still is *NO* Amiga client?
