Lets hope those leeches who deserve nothing don't get too much money riding the backs of hyperion, they don't deserve a dime if you ask me.

Hyperion won because they got what they needed. What we dont know is what the other party got in the settlement so it is probably win-win to both parties and they are friends again.

VOF   = general partnership (or: ordinary partnership); Besides company and associates, partners are liable with their private property; bankrupsy of the company can result in bankrupsy of the partners

CVBA = limited liability company; at least one founder required, minimum capital 18.550 €, associates just liable up to their partner share
