Well, after reading a bit, it seems like you could get a simple tcp/ip connection through the serial with amiga explorer?

Maybe even run a simple irc-program or something?

Or you might just want to plug a 56k modem into your serial port, install Miami and AWeb or the like and access the web this way.

Although I'm not sure whether a standard 68000 cpu is sufficiant to run the browser...
