Erm....didn't they say exec was complete a couple of months ago?
Anyhow nice to see the list is mostly "done". Although 99% is anyones guess!
Here it means the product is in final sign-off. i.e all coding, testing and paperwork is finished all you need is signatures to roll out. This can often be the longest part of a project!
