Did you try reseating all the chips? Hey if you cant get it working, try putting it on ebay as such, i remember recently here a guy put up for sale some videocards which were either broken or didnt work quite right, and he made some money.
Dont feel bad for doing this, be honest about the condition of the hardware like that guy did. Lots of people will buy non fuctional hardware for a good price because they know there is a good chance they can fix it. I bid on a vid card that guy said he broke after he scratched the board. ( i lost the bid though ): )
