The chance might be slim but by playing the extension ROM (from WinUAE ROMs) with a raw capable sampleplayer you might find it in there.

Ok, there was nothing in the 128kB ROM. I never heard somebody saying any Blizzard card would make a sound so i assume you have a bootsound added to your Kickstart.

I wouldn't be surprised, if this sound is a standard one from one of the higher end synths of the time. Just like when the Fairlight came out, everyone had to have those metallic sounds in their tracks these days.
