you can read this very usefull guide to share connection
between Amiga and PC.

It's in italian, but you can see setting for AmiTCP and MiamiDX.
With this guide you could share your machines and share your file :)

Simply:
You have to set Windows like a Server (ip 192.168.0.1),
while Amiga have to set like a Client (ip 192.168.0.2,
subnetmask 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.0.1 and DNS
192.168.0.1, mtu 1500)

With this italian guide you share internet connection and file in few seconds :)

oh, i'd like to add that to share Windows directory is better to use Samba :)

Without samba, you can share file via irc session or via ftp
