The A520 Modulator (or Encoder) outputs both an RF signal, and colour composite + audio. With those later a VCR can be connected to the A500 and A2000 variants.
It was in this fashion that I transferred a DVideoIII production from an A2000/060+32mb to tape.
13 years ago I had a Neriki Deskmaster genlock, and a 1mb A500! What you gain on the swings - you loose on the roundabouts! :-(
