True. It appears to be a Microway AGA-2000 Flicker Fixer for the A2000's Video Slot. Narrowing it down further, the 2000E version of the card, labeled "AGA 1390 EXPORT":



Microway Flicker Fixer AGA 2000 I recall when advertisments for this product appeared, thinking that the AGA designation could cause confusion. Most Display-Enhanser cards for the A2000 (mimicing the A3000's Amber chip) only handle the upper 12 registers pertaining to a HAM6 display, thus will not display more than a 4096 colour (HAM) display.... e.g. NOT an Amiga AGA (HAM8 - 262,144 Colour) display mode, but a Scan-Doubled (&FF) OCS-EGS display.
