Any users of the Harms Professional 030 A500

Need help!
When configuring the ram it adds the ram but shortly hangs.
Running the card without adding the ram in workbench works OK. Both my cards behaves like this..

All my zipmemorys has this text on it:
MCM5400AZ70, JAPAN SCZCZ9406
I have 16 of these. Would that give me 8 MB of ram?

Ok,
I tested to activate the memory without any harddrive controller. Copied a few mb's to the RAM: and it worked OK.
But as soon as the harddrive is activated and the memory is configured the machine hangs.
I have also tried to change the MASK on the harddrive to 0x1FFFFE so it will only use the DMA to and from the chipmem only. But neither this works....help!
