A4000 ATX PSU adaptor

I bought one of these a while ago.
But unfortanely one of the wires has just popped out from the connector and I don't know where it should be?! Anyone has a picture of it so I can see where it might belong?

My adaptor has all the wires in blue.

It's the same adaptor as AmigaKit has for sale.
