If your goal is high quality Composite/S-Video output, take a look at this:

The added benefit is that if you have a 15KHz-capable VGA display, it will support that also. The only downside I have heard so far is you need a PAL Amiga.

I did not get a response back from my last email inquiry I sent in so that could also be a problem. Not sure if these are generally available right now.
