Amiga to a 15KHz capable LCD TV?

There's a new line of Sony LCD TV's available (the XBR4) and someone was able to post the EDID info. Take a look:

Notice anything unusual? Yeah, it says it can sync down to 15KHz on the horizontal. The set offers a standard VGA PC Input so it could be as easy as connecting a Commodore RGB - VGA adapter to run native!

I know people have been connecting their Amigas to LCDs for a long time now. Scaling is one thing, but to be able to see a large LCD TV display native Amiga video output would be neat. Since I have already been looking for a new LCD TV, having this ability would be a great added bonus.

Yeah, I didn't say it would be cheap.  Also, the capability of sets like these to be able to sync down (at least according to the EDID) to 15kHz may not be anything new. This is just the first time I actually considered doing it since the numbers are represented.

I checked the EDID on my one year old Sharp LCD TV and it only goes down to 24kHz.

Sony will no doubt make a European equivalent that will support PAL, if they haven't already done so.
