if it is a standard a500 1MB with a kick1.2 or 1.3 rom, then you can transfer the adf image/pc floppy reading software with this:

I tried it myself, works fine as long as you have the 1.x kickstart but is VERY slow though... i believe it took nearly an hour for a single adf image to transfer...
