My brother recently moved to Norway and now he's considering getting ADSL. From what I have found out Telenor is the only ADSL provider in Norway?
Nah, you also got nextgentel, which is the best choice at the moment, though they are not avaliable in every part, but you can get it if you dont live way out in the forest or something...
Its the best choice at the moment, they are cheaper than telenor, better upload and more stable lines, you also get a router and are allowed to use the line as server... No download/upload limts either..
Telenor is the most expensive isp out there, you dont get a router, the maximum upload is only 256kbit, unstable.... And also it has download/upload limits unless you buy the most expensive line for 795nrk 1024/256kbit you get a 1024/512kbit for 548nkr at nextgentel..
You also got tele2, which is pretty cheap compared to telenor, but they rent telenors lines... so you still have only a maximum of 256kbit though no download/upload limits..
btw... all of them deliver ethernet modems, but with telenor i think you have to ask for one.
http://www.nextgentel.nohttp://www.tele2.no/Though sadly all isp providors is expensive here compared to other countries :-x
