Understood. Also for those who offered me a KS1.3 chip it's going to have to be NTSC, due to the fact I live in the United States
If this Amiga is free, then you should for sure accept that offer even if it is for spare parts. It looks to me like only the kickstart is missing and you might also want to clean it out a bit.
Afaik there is zero difference between the kickstart in the ntsc and pal models. You would need to get a ntsc a520 tv modulator though, if you want to output a colour picture to a ntsc tv.
