Amigas with wb 2.1 or higher can read 720k dos formatted floppies by default. If you have wb installed on a hd, then i believe all you should need to do is open a shell and type mount pc0.

Btw you must cover the extra hole with tape on a HD floppy to be able to format it using 720k DD using a pc.

could you tell me if theres a winzip type program for the amiga

You can find a shell utility called unzip on aminet. I believe you extract files by typing "unzip x filename.zip"

Though why use zip when you can use lha  ;-)
