I can loan one to someone if they can reproduce the PCB. I could use a couple too. I would want it back within a reasonable amount of time. It should be pretty easy to make with PCB software.

Can someone post a good close-up picture, first? Both sides? I may be able to help.

The circuit itself is very simple, as I recall: 3 leads, one to the power LED, one to the HDD LED, and a common ground. The "difficult" part is getting the right dimensions and the right LED parts that fit through the holes in the front of the case.

Here is a picture.

Thanks for that. Those LEDs are definitely an issue, and then there's the lack of resistors (which I'm guessing were probably integral). The original LEDs likely do not exist any longer, and the "height" is problematic.

If anyone can provide approximate dimensions on the LEDs, it'd be a start. Thanks!

I found it!
It'a PDF file you can print on a special paper on Laser Printer and then iron on PCB.
Use 2 Square LEDs on each side, orientation of the LEDs...check the previous post picture.

PS. don't mind the second PCB, it's not related.

If you have any information on the LEDs, that'd really be great - just want to see what's available that might suffice.
