Amiga and ADSL

Does anyone of you have some expiriance connecting Amiga to ADSL using MiamiDX or Genesis?
My config is Amiga4000D, 2 x X-Surf, ADSL modem and I have reg. version of MiamiDX. The protocol used by my ISP is PPPoE. The data I have got are DNS numbers and ID and PW. All other things should be automatic. The IP number for my computer is temp. dynamic, later on it will be static.
PLEASE HELP.

I know all that but it seems that miamipppoe.device wouldn't work with x-surf (ver.1) very well.

I would be very grateful if you could help me with some directions, maybe I was doing this all wrong.
Some examples of settings would be great.

I have two X-surf card installed in my Amiga one is for LAN and one for WAN. How do I set WAN? I don't have much expiriance with non dail-up services, except LAN.  But othervise there is problem when I use MiamiInit because I got message that the device is alredy in use and I can't go forward to complete settings.
