Unfortunately Starke was not compatible with the current PHP level that the Amiga.org server is running. 
Better to say that there are some who simply
chose not to move forward when we were forced to make the decision to move ahead.
I know by far that we're better off, and I know that by far the largest majority of site users are happier than they were, but it's those very few who abandoned the site which still bother me.
It may all be a moot point as contributions have stopped and memberships have petered out. We're just into the waiting game now.
