Go into your CP and change your editor to the WYSIWYG editor under Edit Options;

I still dont like it, but hope it will get better while time passes. Mainly the look is horrible, with the ugly logo and ugly text-buttons. Nothing that can't be fixed

... again, feel free to submit a new logo, or new "text-buttons" (not sure what you're talking about there).
