I am not one for change. I definately prefered the old system.
I for one am SOOOO tired of repeatedly answering the same exact questions ad nauseum.

I'm sure if any one of the people complaining would actually bother to read the myriad of posts on the subject BEFORE going out of their way to make me feel that this is all pointless, you would find the answers to your questions.

Those of you upset over "the death of Amiga.org" and those of you who might have bookmarked "www.amiga.org/forums" should hit the Home tab, or click on the Amiga.org logo above.

@Wayne

Great! Now we can see on the front page when OS5 launches! Yay! ;)
Just to break the tension, I'll have to point out that if OS 5 *ever* launches, I may just have to eat my proverbial hat.  Not that any of us will survive that long...

Just wanted to say congrats on moving so much content to a new system. There's some flaws with Mozilla Firefox on a Windoze machine: The login fields are displayed about one character wide, and it looks like I have to click on the "quick reply" button twice in order to get to a "your message is too short"-message that finally opens up an editor box.

Way to go, but it's the right way. Thumbs up!

Jens
Thanks Jens,

I'll certainly look into it, but wonder if you might e-mail me a screenshot, along with your version numbers for Firefox/etc.  I'm mac'd here, so can't test with a PC.

I'm absolutely furious that the "Who's Online" box is now on the left, and that there's a calendar where it used to be. Please fix this immediately or I will be *forced* to register an account on aw.net.
It's rather hard to take you seriously with the stoned look on your southpark face.. :)

Is this intentional?

Yes actually, but it is subject to change as is everything else.

The issue being that vBulletin (the forum package) is two columns while the newly installed front end is 3. Since when you log in, you're actually authenticating to vBulletin, it automatically pulls up the forums page.

Looking for a workaround, but that might just be "the way it is".
