ArchM,

most of that floppy games of course will work there on the cd32 with a floppy drive
maybe 1 or 2 will fail but most of them will work
but also that games will fail on the A1200 if fail on the cd32

bassically you got an A1200 with a cdrom and Kick 3.1
and that's a great config for amiga games, floopy games or cd games..also hd games..of course if you connect a hardisk there

Rudei,

if you connect a mouse on the cd32 and hold both buttons you can access to the boot menu and you can change things like boot on pal or ntsc
you can't connect a floppy drive unless you have an expansion set like the SX-1
the SX-1 expands the cd32 with  parallel port and serial and floppy and hardisk and other things
The SX-1 converts the cd32 on a computer

DrDekker,

of course..if fails on the A600 will fail on the A1200/cd32

most of that  games not works on the A600 cause kickstart 2.05...so will fail also on kick3.0/3.1 of the A1200/cd32
also

The A600 can be degraded to kickstart 1.3 and run all A500 games..but you lost hardisk and pcmcia and a best Workbench
Even the video composite output of the A600 will fail and do monocrome like the A500 using kick1.3

I inserted a kick1.3 chip on the A600 lot of years ago for test purposes and worked fine and was much more compatible with old games

I have made los of experiments like that with lots of Amigas but now Im reired and I use winuae cause is the most compatible Amiga for games...now it's 99.999%
On Winuae all games works...ah yes still I can't found a game that fails there
