I think thatis a contact problem
clean the contacts of the cybervision with something good like isopro- alcohol or another good product
check again with good light the contacts of your gfx card for dirty or another issue insert the card again
I had identical problems with a geforce card on my pc...crashes and not recognized....solved after cleaning contacts
