PlusNet do a low cost 512Kb for £14.99, going up to £31.99 for 2Mb - there are download limitations in the cheapie accounts though - all-you-can-eat is an extra £7.00.

I'm on the 2Mb all-you-can-eat.  Fast and cheap.
