if someone is clever enough their can build a second rocker switch into the power supply itself by cutting a small hole into the power supply,so you can activate the ps-on without some switch hanging of some wire externally.

i must admit i did a modifcation on a power supply about 14 years ago,i could not put-up with all those cables coming out of the unit,so i cut all the cables and modifyed it with 4x sockets. the plug were made of metal so it was earth out. each socket was 7 pin if i remember and the plug lock in the socket.

but what was best about this power supply i built a 50w 25x25w power amp inside. this worked fantasic as the orginal fan kept the heatsink on the power amp cool.

there was not a single cable to be seen all sockets.

audio can be access from any of the four sockets on the power supply along with all the voltage to power-up any unit upto 12v.
