i think he means a non working PPC processor only,but has i said in another thread what iv found is that most faults on the Blizzard PPC card is not on the CPU. i only found one card with a faulty CPU and another with a crack joint,but most faults is somewhere else on the card.

i found most CPU turn out to be ok.

this may also applie to the Cyberstorm PPC cards,but due to the work iv done on the Blizzard PPC cards i don`t think it will take me long to master this card as i already know what to look for.

their also said it`s not possible to upgrade a Blizzard card to SCSI how iv proved them wrong.
