what is needed is something like this.

glue heatsink permanently to the permedia 2.( ARTIC SILVER ).

if the fan go's faulty you still have a heatsink attacted to the permedia 2 also note you can change the fan by the four screws.

a good idea is to connect the fan power point 5v on the Cybervision/Bvision card itself,this will make the card more plug-in & play. no trailing wires.

look carefully you can see the PHASE 5 heatsink has been cut to fit the heatsink.

this is a old project but is awesome cooling down the 603e ppc.

do a better finish than i have as the above links were test heatsink.

EXTRA NOTES: only use heatsink/fan combo where the fan can be changed. ( very important ).
