distributing porn at work

iv been suspended at work for reporting another worker who tryed to pass me on a porn disc & get me the sack.

now the company is trying to make me out as being ill.

to keep my job i must go and see my doctor.

by me posting this here most of you can work out my answer.

iv also reported this to the BBC.

I don't think newspapers will be interested, TBH..

oh yes there wiil if i tell them its the biggest company in the uk & is worldwide.

i can also expect lawsuits aganist me for posting & informing.

he held the porno cd by the edge as to not get his finger prints on it.

if i had take the CD he may have reported me.

not having his finger prints on it is very hard to proved, but i can see what he was trying to do.

If his hands were in physical contact with the CD case then there may be DNA evidence

i dont think the police will go that far for such a low thing. finger prints ( maybe ) dna i dont think so.

i do belive finger print can be done locally. dna has to go to a lab & cost lots of money & time.

i did not touch the cd as i did not want to get my finger prints on it.

he told me its a porno disc & i could see naked bodys pictures on the disc.

So is the disc in his possession or is it with the boss now.

he has the disc. but when it happened i report it about 3 to 4 hours later.

i was thinking why he would do such a think it just played on my mind.

then i decided to report it.
