The Escom and original C= cases were all produced by Enlight, and Enlight standard AT cases should have the IO ports at the exact same postition and with the same alignment.

I had a miditower from Enlight that had the IO ports with the same measurements as my 4000T, so I fiddled with the idea of putting my 4000T into a miditower. Never got around to do it though.

Old Enlight AT cases are usually ten-a-penny on e-bay, get one and check for yourself...I'm 99.9% certain they are identical, with rails and all...
