Using a US A3000 in UK
« on: May 31, 2004, 05:01:00 PM »
(Note: this has probably been asked before, but I can't seem to find any appropriate threads.)

I'm thinking of getting an A3000 from the US and have the (rather obvious) following concern:

Power: given the different specs of US vs UK power, how difficult is it to get the US box running on a UK power supply. Can I get a transformer, or do I have to rip out the original PSU and put in a UK one?

I'm presumming that I shouldn't have any trouble with NTSC vs PAL as I believe there's a jumper on the motherboard that I can set.

Anything else that I should be aware of?

Cheers.
Lee.
