Looks like a Marine barracks compared to some academic and production RD facilities I've seen. Wouldn't bother me if it was a cave complex illuminated mostly by candle flame, there are some STRANGE ideas out there on organization. :)

What confuses the issue is, Intel released a few chipsets as "Tabor" in the 1990s. It refers to that board as far as the Amiga goes.

Whether or not the individual concerned is the developer, I don't know. Could be.
