I have two A1200, and i was having a look at their motherboards. The revision 1D3 motherboard“s clockport has half the header pins installed. It has the last 22 installed.
My Amiga 1200 revision 1D1 has also half the header pins of that clockport, but it has the first 22 installed.
The question is: Are both Amigas having a functional header for clockport expansion devices, despite their different header configuration?

Nope. The last 22 pins are the correct ones. On some motherboards the wrong pins were populated due to a manufacturing error.

I seem to recall having an A1200 that had all of the pins connected!

My revision 1A has them all connected.
