1. I have set the 040 to 4MB RAM; the rest i'll add with AddMem, so I dont / shouldn't have a problem with the Zorro-II memory limit.
Don't do this. There is no reason to and it could cause problems. The RAM on the 040 is not in the Zorro-II address space and it will not cause any problems with the Zorro-II memory limit.
