GBS-8220 vs A520
« on: October 11, 2017, 09:46:22 AM »
Is GBS-8220 quite better than A520's composite output?
I decided to modify A520 to get s-video but I don't have any device with s-video input.
I want to order GBS for my A2000 since Indy is expensive and can be used only for one device.

Edit: where to order GBS? from this or?

My main problem with A520 is the terrible shadows near the lines and texts that can't read well.
There's no problem with grayscale output of A2000 (it's PAL version)
Can't GBS-8220 output 50 Hz?

A more hardcore option would be to mod the existing composite output of the Amiga 2000 to support colour output.
