Thanks Paolone! I've downloaded the update ready to burn to disc, I'll post back from OWB once I've updated my Icaros installation on my Acer laptop and A1600 netbook. I can't wait to try out some of these updates! 
A easy way to update if you don't want to burn the iso to disk is this :
Download and extract the ISO file somewhere on your Icaros installation.
Open a shell and copy the ISO to sys:diskImages, rename the ISO as Unit0
type in shell : mount cd0:
Now you can go to LUPD and choose CD-ROM as you now have the ISO mounted
as a virtual CD ROM.
