http://www.amiga-hardware.com/cybermkii.htmlYou need to set both the clock source jumpers on the computer motherboard to the correct position or the card will not run. I'm pretty sure they need to be set to EXT (external clock).
Check the 200 pin connector is firmly seated all the way along, and one end is not sticking up.
