Try this and please report back how you get on, with what third party clockport hardware you're using.
http://amiga.serveftp.net/temp/AK_Sensors_v1.3.lhaModify the default clockport address using the icon tooltypes, refer to the included documentation. You'll probably need to use a port address of EE0001.
