Find out where the problem is to start with.
Try a sampler or something to see if the parallel port works. Try a
different printer.
Copy a test file to PAR: and see if the printer
does anything. Try the printer and cable on another computer to make
sure it's not faulty. Check the setup of the Workbench printer
drivers...
Lots of things can make printing not work.
