No, because this signal is a hardware level interrupt.  On the A3000 fast slot, which is where it's often missing from, it's usually used for SCSI controller interrupts on a CPU board.  You don't have software control over this interrupt.

However, it's only a quick test with an Ohmmeter to confirm if you need to modify the board or not.
