Depends on the quantities involved.

For plastic cases (A1200, etc) a special tool has to be made for the injection moulding process.
The cost of a tool for a complex shape like that would be something like US$20,000.

The case has two halves (not including trapdoor), so add another US$20,000 for a 2nd tool.

Plastic material required for each case is only a few $.

You do the maths and divide number of cases produced with the profit from selling each case and find out how long before you recover your tooling costs.
