AM27C400 UV EPROM, from what I recall, is what you need.  I just bought 10 of them on eBay 2 weeks ago.

You can use a TL866-II programmer for them with an adapter for those eproms sold by GGLabs.com.  The TL866 doesn't support them natively, so the adapter is needed.  I use a SuperPro 610p, which doesn't require an adapter,  but, that's a $500 programmer.

You can also buy one of those FLASHrom adapters from GGLabs on ebay.   He will program them for you with whatever Kickstart you send him to put on it.
