Acill by far is the best Amiga tech in the US. Charles @ Maccaps in MI is second by stretch.

Not even in the same category. He recaps SMD computers using TH components, has no way to test them, and often sends previously working computers back to the owner in a non-working state. Don't even dare using MacCaps if you love your Amiga.
If you are going to send to Acill, make sure you ASK him first before sending. He's got a huge backlog of repairs in front of him right now, and recently stated he isn't going to take any more for the time being, until he catches up.
