You'd be happy to discover that Icaros Desktop 2.0 is actually faster than 1.x on low specs hardware.
Really? It's much slower to boot the LiveDVD. Loads of kernel messages on screen now. Plus it always throws an error message about Missing Volume L or similar.
I'm building a USB installed Icaros and a USB Installer. But gotta get that Volume L fixed!
I'll worry later about how to get it booting at 1920*1080 with Nvidia acceleration!!
